- All Diplomat products supplied under this Purchase Order must be genuine, factory-sealed items bearing the official Diplomat brand certification and Italian manufacturing or authorized distribution mark.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified in Section 1 (Rome, Italy) no later than 05 July 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Buyer to a penalty of 1.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- The Seller, Diplomat Italia S.r.l., warrants that all items conform to the specifications listed in Section 4 and are free from manufacturing defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery in Rome.
- Custom engraving services (Item 04) require written approval of the final design by the Buyer's Protocol Office in Rome no later than 25 June 2025. No production shall commence prior to such approval.
- Payment shall be effected via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice issued in accordance with Italian fiscal regulations (DPR 633/1972).
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
- The Diplomat brand products procured under this order are intended for official diplomatic use and protocol purposes within the Italian Republic. The Buyer reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival at the Rome delivery address before acceptance.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or international trade restrictions affecting the supply chain in Italy, shall be communicated in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of occurrence.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Diplomat products and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
The Seller is advised that the delivery address (Via della Conciliazione 12, Rome) is a secured diplomatic facility. All delivery personnel must present valid photographic identification and a pre-authorized delivery manifest upon arrival at the gate. Deliveries are accepted between 09:00 and 16:00 CET, Monday through Friday. The Seller must coordinate with the Buyer's logistics coordinator (Dr. Marchetti, ext. 204) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. All Diplomat packaging must remain intact and unopened until inspected by the Buyer's receiving officer on-site in Rome.
