• Payment shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Diplomat International Trading Co., Ltd.
• 50% of the total Purchase Order value (JPY 6,743,500) is due upon confirmation of this Purchase Order by both parties.
• The remaining 50% (JPY 6,743,500) is due within 30 days of successful delivery and acceptance of all Diplomat goods at the Japan Kyoto warehouse.
• Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date.
• All transactions are subject to the tax regulations of Japan Kyoto and the broader Japanese national tax code. Applicable consumption tax (10%) is included in the unit prices listed above.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of Japan and the specific diplomatic procurement regulations applicable to the Japan Kyoto consular district.
• All Diplomat products must carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty, valid for use throughout Japan, including the Japan Kyoto region.
• The supplier warrants that all Diplomat goods are new, unused, and free from any liens or encumbrances. Counterfeit or non-genuine Diplomat items will result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action.
• Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the Japan Kyoto Diplomatic Supply Bureau and Diplomat International Trading Co., Ltd.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation at the Japan Kyoto Commercial Arbitration Center before pursuing any legal proceedings.
• This Purchase Order does not constitute a long-term supply agreement. Each subsequent procurement of Diplomat goods for Japan Kyoto diplomatic use shall require a new Purchase Order.
• Confidentiality: All terms, pricing, and quantities contained in this Purchase Order are classified as internal diplomatic procurement records of the Japan Kyoto office and shall not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
