- This Purchase Order is issued by the Lagos Metropolitan Development Authority and constitutes a binding procurement request for Diplomat branded office furniture and equipment. All items must conform to the specifications outlined in the attached technical annexure.
- The supplier, Diplomat International Trading Ltd., acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms availability of all listed Diplomat products within the stipulated delivery window. Failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe shall attract a penalty of 1.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- Delivery of all Diplomat goods shall be made to the designated premises in Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos, no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, handling, and installation within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all Diplomat items upon delivery at the Nigeria Lagos site.
- All Diplomat products are warranted for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of installation. Any manufacturing defects identified within this warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable Nigerian regulatory standards, including the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) certification requirements, for all Diplomat products delivered to Nigeria Lagos.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid under this agreement.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed delivery schedule and installation plan to the buyer's logistics team in Nigeria Lagos within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order.
