4. Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Diplomat International Procurement Authority, headquartered in Qatar Doha, and governs the supply of all Diplomat branded items listed herein. The supplier, Diplomat Global Trading LLC, acknowledges acceptance of all terms stated in this Purchase Order by signing below.
- All Diplomat products must conform to the specifications outlined in the Diplomat Global Product Catalogue, Edition 2025, and must bear the official Diplomat quality certification mark. Any item found to be non-conforming upon delivery in Qatar Doha shall be rejected at the supplier's expense.
- Delivery shall be made to the designated address in the Embassy District, West Bay, Qatar Doha, no later than 05 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance within the State of Qatar. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed and accepted delivery in Qatar Doha. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any defective or incomplete Diplomat items until satisfactory replacement is provided.
- All Diplomat goods are warranted for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures, and workmanship issues. The supplier shall repair or replace any defective Diplomat product within fourteen (14) business days of written notice from the buyer.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the State of Qatar and the commercial regulations of Qatar Doha. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Qatar Doha in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Centre rules.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the nature, quantity, and destination of all Diplomat products supplied under this Purchase Order. No information pertaining to this transaction in Qatar Doha shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the buyer.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or disruptions to trade routes affecting Qatar Doha, shall exempt the affected party from liability for non-performance, provided written notice is given within seventy-two (72) hours of the event.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the supply of Diplomat products and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
