The seller is responsible for arranging all transportation, including sea freight to the Port of Saint Petersburg, customs clearance documentation, and final road transport to the warehouse. Delivery is expected no later than 25 August 2025. The seller must provide a Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and all Diplomat brand authenticity certificates no fewer than five (5) business days prior to vessel arrival at the Port of Saint Petersburg.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Euros (EUR) via irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) issued by Sberbank, Saint Petersburg Branch, in favour of Diplomat International Supply GmbH.
