Terms and Conditions
- Delivery: All Diplomat products listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the buyer's warehouse at King Fahd Road, Al-Salam District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than 28 July 2025. Delivery terms are CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) Jeddah Port, Incoterms 2020.
- Payment: Payment of the full grand total of 1,920,650.00 SAR shall be made via irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah Branch, within 30 days of the date of this Purchase Order. The Letter of Credit shall be confirmed by a Saudi Arabian commercial bank acceptable to the supplier.
- Quality Assurance: All Diplomat items must conform to the manufacturer's specifications and carry the official Diplomat quality seal. The buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any goods that do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards upon arrival in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Warranty: Diplomat International Trading GmbH shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all mechanical components (fountain pen nibs, ballpoint mechanisms, gel pen tips) and a one-year warranty on leather goods and hard-shell cases. Warranty claims shall be processed through the buyer's local representative in Jeddah.
- Compliance: The supplier warrants that all Diplomat products comply with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and carry the required Saudi Conformity (SABER) certification prior to shipment to Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, war, government sanctions, port closures in Jeddah, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issue. If the supplier does not confirm acceptance in writing within 14 days, this Purchase Order shall be considered void.
