Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Corporate Facilities Management Co., Ltd. and constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by Diplomat Middle East Trading & Distribution LLC. All items listed herein are from the Diplomat product catalogue, 2025 edition, and must conform to the specifications stated in this document.
- Delivery of all Diplomat goods shall be made to the buyer's premises located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, specifically at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh 12214. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, unloading, and on-site installation within the Saudi Arabia Riyadh metropolitan area.
- The supplier, Diplomat Middle East Trading & Distribution LLC, shall ensure that all products comply with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and carry the required Saudi conformity mark (SABER certification) prior to delivery in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the approved invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- All Diplomat furniture items are covered by a minimum five (5) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be serviced by Diplomat's authorized service center in Riyadh.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed delivery schedule no later than five (5) business days from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance. Any delay in delivery beyond the agreed date of 15 July 2025 shall result in a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Inspection and acceptance of all Diplomat items shall be conducted by the buyer's facilities team upon arrival at the Saudi Arabia Riyadh site. Any damaged, defective, or non-conforming items must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery. The supplier shall replace or repair such items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the Saudi Arabia Riyadh delivery location. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer only upon written acceptance at the delivery site.
- All documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and SASO conformity certificates, must be submitted in both Arabic and English to comply with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements for commercial transactions in Riyadh.
