- This Purchase Order is issued by the Diplomatic Procurement Division for the exclusive use of the diplomatic mission located in Sri Lanka Colombo. All Diplomat branded goods listed herein must be delivered to the designated address in the Diplomatic Quarter, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka Colombo, no later than 30 July 2025.
- The supplier, Diplomat International Trading (Pvt) Ltd., acknowledges that all items under this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in full compliance with the Diplomat brand quality assurance standards. Any item found defective upon inspection at the Colombo delivery site shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fourteen (14) calendar days.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Sri Lanka Colombo within forty-five (45) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory delivery and acceptance of all Diplomat products by the receiving officer of the diplomatic mission.
- The supplier shall provide full installation services for all furniture, cabinetry, and acoustic paneling items listed in this Purchase Order. Installation must be completed within five (5) business days of delivery at the Sri Lanka Colombo premises. All installation work must be performed by certified Diplomat technicians.
- Warranty: All Diplomat branded items carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall provide a consolidated warranty certificate for this Purchase Order, valid throughout the Republic of Sri Lanka, with service centers accessible in Colombo.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka Colombo, in accordance with the Sri Lankan Arbitration Act.
- The supplier warrants that all Diplomat products are free from any intellectual property claims and are manufactured in compliance with Sri Lankan import regulations and diplomatic procurement protocols applicable in Colombo.
- Time is of the essence. Failure to deliver the complete order by the stipulated date in Sri Lanka Colombo shall entitle the issuing authority to cancel this Purchase Order and seek alternative procurement without liability to the supplier.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Diplomat supplies for the diplomatic mission in Sri Lanka Colombo and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
