• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions within Switzerland Zurich.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Switzerland Zurich. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts in Switzerland Zurich.
