The supplier is responsible for all export documentation, customs clearance in the United Arab Emirates, and coordination with the Uzbekistan State Customs Committee for import clearance at Tashkent International Airport. The goods must be delivered to the Tashkent Diplomatic Services Bureau warehouse no later than July 25, 2025. All Diplomat items must be individually packaged in branded Diplomat gift boxes with protective foam inserts to ensure zero damage during transit. The supplier shall provide a complete packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and all Diplomat product authenticity certificates required by Uzbekistan Tashkent customs authorities.

All applicable Uzbekistan import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and customs fees in Tashkent shall be borne by the purchasing entity as per Uzbekistan federal tax regulations.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order for Diplomat products in Tashkent shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, seated in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The language of arbitration shall be English.

This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Diplomat products for use in Uzbekistan Tashkent. No modification, amendment, or supplement to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. The supplier warrants that all Diplomat products are free from intellectual property encumbrances and that the Diplomat brand trademarks are properly licensed for distribution in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or international trade restrictions affecting the Tashkent region, shall temporarily suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
