- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Doctor General Practitioner's practice premises located at 14, Rue Didouche Mourad, Hydra, 16000 Algiers, Algeria, no later than 30 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with local business hours in Algiers.
- Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, the Doctor General Practitioner or his designated representative shall inspect all goods for conformity with the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. The supplier shall replace or repair non-conforming items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
- Payment: Payment of the total amount of 1,279,969.00 DZD (One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Algerian Dinars) shall be made by bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the supplier's invoice, provided that all goods have been accepted in full. The payment shall be processed through a licensed bank operating in Algeria Algiers.
- Warranty: All equipment and devices shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance. The supplier shall coordinate with the manufacturer to ensure warranty service is available within the Algiers region, Algeria.
- Regulatory Compliance: The supplier warrants that all items supplied under this Purchase Order comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Algeria, including but not limited to the Algerian Public Health Code, the regulations of the ANSM, and the professional standards governing the practice of a Doctor General Practitioner in Algeria Algiers.
