Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Sarah Mitchell, a registered Doctor General Practitioner operating Melbourne Central Medical Practice, located in Australia Melbourne, Victoria. All goods and services referenced herein are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (2010) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- All medical devices and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must hold current Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) registration or approval for use in Australian healthcare settings. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects.
- Delivery shall be made to the practice address at Level 4, 120 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia Melbourne. The supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling charges up to the point of delivery. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon signed delivery receipt.
- The Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival. Any items found to be damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded within 14 business days at the supplier's sole cost.
- Partial deliveries are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing by both parties. All line items must be delivered as a single consignment unless otherwise noted in the delivery column.
