2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Purchase Order is issued by Clínica San Benito S.A.S. to procure essential medical equipment, diagnostic instruments, and consumable supplies required for the daily operation of a Doctor General Practitioner consultation room located in the El Poblado district of Medellín, Colombia. NOTE: All medical devices and equipment listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulatory requirements established by INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos) for use in Colombia. Delivery must be made to the clinic premises in Medellín, Antioquia, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery: The Seller shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Buyer's facility located in Medellín, Colombia, no later than July 15, 2025. Delivery shall be made to the ground floor reception of Clínica San Benito, El Poblado district, Medellín.
Quality Assurance: All products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. The Doctor General Practitioner and clinical staff at the clinic reserve the right to inspect and reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order or that lacks proper INVIMA certification for use in Colombia.
Warranty: The Seller guarantees a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery for all electronic and mechanical equipment. Consumable items are covered under a thirty (30) day defect replacement policy.
Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the Seller's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, in accordance with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio).
