Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Doctor General Practitioner, France Marseille
- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Émile Rousseau, Doctor General Practitioner, operating a registered medical practice in France Marseille, in accordance with the French Public Health Code (Code de la Santé Publique) and applicable regulations of the Ordre des Médecins des Bouches-du-Rhône.
- All medical equipment and supplies listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the European Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and French national standards (NF) as enforced by the ANSM (Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament et des Produits de Santé).
- The supplier, MedEquip Provence SARL, warrants that all items delivered to the Doctor General Practitioner's cabinet in France Marseille shall be new, unused, and in full working condition at the time of delivery.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified above in Marseille, France. The Doctor General Practitioner or an authorized representative of the cabinet must sign the delivery receipt upon arrival. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery document within 48 hours.
- Payment shall be processed via SEPA bank transfer within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
