- Scope of Purchase: This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. med. Katharina Weber, a licensed Doctor General Practitioner (Allgemeinmedizinerin) operating a general medical practice in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. All items listed herein are intended for use in the provision of primary healthcare services to patients in the Frankfurt metropolitan area and surrounding Hesse region.
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all goods to the practice address at Zeil 42, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 16:00 CET on business days. The Doctor General Practitioner or an authorized practice representative must be present to inspect and sign the delivery receipt.

The supplier warrants that all items carry valid CE marking and, where applicable, a German registration number with the Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM).
- Warranty: The supplier provides a minimum 24-month warranty on all electronic and mechanical devices. Consumable items (gloves, test strips, examination covers, waste bags) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Any defective goods must be reported to the Doctor General Practitioner's practice office within 14 days of delivery.
