Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Doctor General Practitioner, Dr. med. Heinrich Vogel, operating his general medical practice in Germany Munich. All items must comply with the German Medical Devices Act (Medizinproduktegesetz – MPG) and applicable EU CE marking requirements.
- Delivery shall be made to the practice premises at Maximilianstraße 142, 80539 Munich, Germany. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Munich metropolitan area.
- All medical equipment must be accompanied by valid CE certificates, German-language user manuals, and calibration certificates where applicable, in accordance with regulations enforced in Germany Munich.
- Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with standard German commercial practice (HGB § 362).
