Note: All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for use by Dr. Kwame Asante, Doctor General Practitioner, at the Asante General Practice Clinic located in Ghana Accra. The supplier shall ensure that all medical devices and equipment comply with the standards set by the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and the Ghana Standards Authority. Certificates of conformity and import permits (where applicable) must accompany the shipment upon delivery to the clinic premises in Ghana Accra.Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Doctor General Practitioner (Buyer) and MedSupply West Africa Ltd. (Supplier) for the procurement of medical supplies and equipment for clinical use in Ghana Accra.
- All goods must be new, unused, and within their manufacturer's warranty period. The Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Delivery shall be made to the clinic address in Ghana Accra on or before the Required Delivery Date. Late delivery beyond 5 business days entitles the Buyer to a 2% discount per week of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, in accordance with Ghana Revenue Authority invoicing requirements.
- The Supplier warrants that all medical devices are registered with the Ghana FDA and carry valid CE or equivalent international certification. Failure to provide documentation will result in immediate rejection of the affected items.
- Warranty claims for equipment (items 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 08) shall be honoured by the Supplier for a minimum of 24 months from the date of delivery in Ghana Accra.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, before escalation to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, flooding, or civil unrest affecting the Ghana Accra metropolitan area.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid.
