TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Purchase Order is issued by the Doctor General Practitioner operating at Via Toledo 245, Naples, Italy, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of medical equipment and consumables as detailed above.
- All items must comply with the European Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and must bear the CE marking. The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and within their manufacturer's warranty period.
- Delivery shall be made to the Doctor General Practitioner's clinic premises in Italy Naples at the address specified above. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and signed for by the buyer.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the supplier's designated Italian bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-NAP-2025-0047) and include the supplier's Partita IVA.

Any items found to be defective, damaged, or non-conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded at the supplier's sole expense within ten (10) business days.
- All medical waste disposal equipment and single-use items must comply with the waste management regulations enforced by ASL Napoli 1 Centro and the Campania Regional Health Authority. The supplier shall provide all relevant safety data sheets (Schede di Sicurezza) in Italian.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Naples, Italy.
- The Doctor General Practitioner in Italy Naples shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the supplied goods.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or email communications shall not constitute a valid amendment to this document.
