D. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is issued by Clinique Médicale Al Amal, Casablanca, Morocco, and constitutes a formal request for the medical services and supplies described herein to be provided by the named Doctor General Practitioner.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards established by the Ordre des Médecins du Maroc and the regulatory framework governing general practice in Morocco Casablanca.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall maintain valid professional liability insurance throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide proof of coverage upon request.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, via bank transfer to the account designated by the Doctor General Practitioner. All transactions shall be denominated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) in compliance with the Bank Al-Maghrib foreign exchange regulations applicable in Morocco Casablanca.
- Delivery of all physical supplies (medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables) shall be made to the clinic premises at 124 Boulevard Mohammed V, Casablanca, no later than the date specified on this Purchase Order. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the buyer to a penalty of 1% of the affected line item value per day of delay.
- The Doctor General Practitioner shall maintain full patient confidentiality in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and the medical ethics code. All patient records generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored securely at the Casablanca clinic facility.
- Any modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca, Morocco Casablanca.
- The Doctor General Practitioner warrants that all services and products supplied under this Purchase Order comply with the standards set by the Moroccan Ministry of Health and the Agence Nationale de Réglementation de la Publicité et de la Communication (ANRAC) where applicable.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance is confirmed by the signature of the Doctor General Practitioner in the acknowledgment section below.
