Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

  1. This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Ahmed Raza Khan, a licensed Doctor General Practitioner registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC), operating his general practice clinic in Islamabad, Pakistan. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  2. The supplier, MedSupply Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the clinic address in F-10/2, Islamabad, Pakistan, no later than 30 June 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
  3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Pakistan. The Doctor General Practitioner shall issue a commercial invoice upon satisfactory receipt and inspection of all goods.
  4. All medical equipment and devices must comply with the standards set by the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) and must carry valid import permits where applicable. The Doctor General Practitioner is not liable for any regulatory non-compliance on the part of the supplier.
  5. The supplier warrants that all pharmaceutical products are genuine, DRAP-approved, and free from contamination. Any counterfeit or substandard items discovered after delivery shall be replaced at the supplier's sole cost, and the Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to report such incidents to the relevant authorities in Islamabad, Pakistan.
  6. Warranty: All electronic and mechanical equipment (including the ECG machine, blood pressure monitors, and examination tables) shall carry a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Warranty claims shall be serviced within Islamabad or its immediate metropolitan area within five (5) working days.
  7. This Purchase Order shall not be considered binding until signed and stamped by both the Doctor General Practitioner (buyer) and the authorized representative of the supplier. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
  8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad shall be exclusive.
  9. The supplier shall provide a detailed packing list and all relevant certificates of analysis, import permits, and DRAP registration documents along with the delivery. The Doctor General Practitioner's clinic staff in Islamabad shall verify all documentation before signing the delivery receipt.
  10. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If the supplier fails to confirm acceptance within this period, the Purchase Order shall be deemed void and the Doctor General Practitioner may issue a revised Purchase Order to an alternative supplier in Pakistan Islamabad.
