- Delivery: The supplier, MediTrust Healthcare Supplies (Pvt.) Ltd., shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the Doctor General Practitioner's clinic located at Saddar Medical Complex, Karachi, Pakistan, no later than 29 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM on a working day. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Karachi metropolitan area.
- Quality Assurance: All medical equipment and supplies must be new, unused, and in their original manufacturer packaging. Each item must carry a valid manufacturer warranty certificate. The Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to inspect and reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order or that fails to comply with Pakistan Karachi health and safety regulations.
- Payment: Payment of the Grand Total amount of PKR 2,393,408.00 (Two Million Three Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred and Eight Pakistani Rupees only) shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at Habib Bank Limited, Korangi Branch, Karachi, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of successful delivery and acceptance of all goods. No advance payment is required.
- Warranty: All electronic and mechanical equipment (including the ECG machine, ultrasound machine, autoclave, and digital monitors) shall carry a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation. The supplier shall provide on-site repair or replacement services within Karachi at no additional cost during the warranty period.
- Installation & Training: The supplier shall provide free installation of the portable ultrasound machine, ECG machine, and autoclave at the General Practitioner's clinic in Karachi. Additionally, the supplier shall provide a minimum of two (2) hours of hands-on training to the Doctor General Practitioner and his clinical staff on the operation and basic maintenance of all electronic equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: All items procured under this Purchase Order must be registered with the Pakistan Drug Regulatory Authority (PDRA) and must bear valid import permits where applicable. The supplier shall provide copies of all relevant regulatory documents, import licenses, and conformity certificates along with the delivery. The Doctor General Practitioner is not liable for any regulatory penalties arising from non-compliant products.
- Penalties for Delay: In the event of delayed delivery beyond the stipulated deadline of 29 June 2025, the supplier shall be liable to pay a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 5% of the total value. Delays exceeding fourteen (14) days shall entitle the Doctor General Practitioner to cancel this Purchase Order without any liability.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a settlement, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall govern this Purchase Order.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or civil unrest affecting the Karachi region.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order. The Doctor General Practitioner's patient data and clinic operational details shall not be disclosed to any third party.
