• Diagnose, manage, and refer patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with the Qatar National Health Strategy and Ministry of Public Health clinical guidelines.
• Provide health education and wellness counseling to patients and their families within the Qatar Doha community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records in compliance with Qatar's data protection and medical confidentiality regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency triage duties as scheduled by the clinic management in Doha.
• Attend mandatory continuing medical education (CME) programs approved by the Qatar Medical Specialty Board to maintain the Doctor General Practitioner license in good standing.
• Collaborate with specialist physicians, pharmacists, and allied health professionals within the Qatar Doha healthcare network for multidisciplinary patient care.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Doctor General Practitioner's designated account in Qatar Doha within 30 days of the end of each calendar month. All amounts are denominated in Qatari Riyal (QAR). The Purchase Order is subject to the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority.

• This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance and may be renewed by mutual written agreement between both parties.
• The Doctor General Practitioner must maintain a valid QMSB license, a current Qatar Doha residence permit, and a clean medical fitness certificate throughout the engagement period.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 15 business days.
• The Doctor General Practitioner agrees to comply with all anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and conflict-of-interest policies of Doha Medical Services Group W.L.L. and applicable Qatar Doha federal and local laws.
• All patient data and medical records generated during the engagement are the exclusive property of Doha Medical Services Group W.L.L. and are subject to Qatar's medical confidentiality and data privacy regulations.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Qatar Doha courts of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
• This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the engagement of the Doctor General Practitioner and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
