3. Delivery & Logistics

All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Mokoena General Practice Clinic at 127 Sea Point Promenade, Sea Point, Cape Town, 8005, South Africa. Delivery is required no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier shall coordinate delivery times with the Doctor General Practitioner to ensure minimal disruption to patient consultations. The pharmaceutical refrigerator (Ref 09) requires professional installation and a 48-hour pre-cooling period before the clinic may store temperature-sensitive medications. All deliveries within the Cape Town metropolitan area are included in the delivery charge stated above. The supplier must provide a signed delivery note and proof of delivery for each item upon arrival.

4. Terms & Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Doctor General Practitioner (Buyer) and MedSupply Cape Town (Pty) Ltd (Supplier) upon signature by both parties.
  2. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as itemised. VAT is charged at the current rate of 15% as per the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations.
  3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the supplier's invoice, via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account in South Africa.
  4. All medical equipment and consumables must comply with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) standards and the Medical Devices Regulations (GN R 1030 of 2017).
  5. The Doctor General Practitioner reserves the right to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any items found to be defective, damaged, or non-conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded within fourteen (14) days at the supplier's cost.
  6. The supplier warrants that all pharmaceutical storage equipment (Ref 09) carries a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty, with on-site service available within the Cape Town metro area.
  7. Delivery delays exceeding five (5) business days beyond the agreed date shall entitle the Buyer to a 5% discount on the affected line items, provided written notice is given to the supplier.
  8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town.
  9. The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the identity of patients and any clinical data that may be incidentally handled during installation or service visits at the practice in Cape Town, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013.
  10. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Doctor General Practitioner and an authorised representative of the supplier.
