The Seller warrants that all equipment and supplies listed in this Purchase Order are new, unused, and fully compliant with the European Union Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745) and the corresponding Turkish national regulations enforced by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK). The Doctor General Practitioner Buyer is entitled to a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty on all electronic and mechanical devices. Consumable items carry a 6-month shelf-life guarantee from the date of delivery in Turkey Ankara.
