3. Delivery and Logistics
The supplier, MedSupply Midlands Ltd., is required to deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Doctor General Practitioner practice premises at 42 Corporation Street, Birmingham, B4 7BJ, United Kingdom Birmingham. Delivery must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. All goods must be delivered in their original, unopened packaging and must comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and applicable NHS procurement standards. The Doctor General Practitioner or a designated practice administrator will be present to inspect and sign for the delivery upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and replaced at the supplier's expense.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made by BACS bank transfer within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. 5. Terms and Conditions
- 5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the NHS Procurement and Commercial Framework applicable to Doctor General Practitioner practices in United Kingdom Birmingham.

- 5.6 Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Doctor General Practitioner (or their authorised delegate) and the supplier's authorised representative. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
- 5.7 The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is issued by a Doctor General Practitioner practice operating within the National Health Service in United Kingdom Birmingham and is subject to NHS data protection and confidentiality requirements under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
