- Delivery: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Doctor General Practitioner clinic premises at 128 Nguyen Hue Boulevard, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Delivery is expected within 21 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and installation within Ho Chi Minh City.
- Quality Assurance: All medical devices and equipment must be new, unused, and accompanied by valid certificates of conformity, manufacturer warranties (minimum 24 months), and registration documents approved by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam. The Doctor General Practitioner and clinic staff will conduct a joint inspection upon delivery.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days of receipt of the commercial invoice and successful acceptance of goods. The total amount due is one billion four hundred twenty-three million five hundred thirty thousand Vietnamese Dong (VND 1,423,530,000), inclusive of 10% VAT and delivery charges within Ho Chi Minh City.
