All print materials associated with this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the following address in Vancouver, Canada: Pacific Northwest Business Intelligence Group, 1200 West Georgia Street, Suite 2400, Vancouver, British Columbia V6E 4R2, Canada. The vendor is responsible for arranging international shipping from the United Kingdom to Canada Vancouver and ensuring that all print copies of The Economist arrive in good condition within five (5) business days of each weekly publication date. Digital access credentials for The Economist platforms shall be provisioned within three (3) business days of the effective date of this Purchase Order. The vendor acknowledges that delivery to Canada Vancouver is subject to Canadian customs regulations, and all necessary documentation for import clearance shall be provided by the vendor at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Pacific Northwest Business Intelligence Group (Vancouver, Canada) and The Economist Media Group Ltd. upon acceptance and countersignature by both parties.
- All pricing is quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and is fixed for the duration of the subscription term. No price adjustments shall be applied mid-term without written consent from the purchasing entity in Vancouver, Canada.
- The Economist digital access license is non-transferable and restricted to employees, contractors, and authorized research affiliates of the purchasing entity operating within Canada, with primary access from the Vancouver headquarters.
- Payment shall be remitted via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Canadian commercial practice.
