- Delivery Location: Meridian Corporate Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd., 42, Nariman Point, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai – 400021, Maharashtra, India. All physical copies of The Economist shall be delivered to the Mumbai, India premises at the address stated above.
- Delivery Schedule: Print subscriptions shall be dispatched weekly from the United Kingdom and delivered to Mumbai, India within 7–10 business days of each issue's publication date. The first delivery is expected no later than 25th June 2025.
- Incoterms: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Mumbai, India. The supplier shall bear all costs and risks associated with international shipping, customs clearance in India, and final delivery to the Mumbai office.
- Customs Compliance: The supplier shall provide all necessary documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any permits required for the import of publications into India under the Foreign Trade Policy.
- Quality Assurance: All copies of The Economist delivered to Mumbai, India shall be in pristine condition. Any damaged, waterlogged, or incomplete issues shall be replaced within 5 business days at the supplier's expense.

- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund for undelivered issues of The Economist.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of The Economist publications and related services for the Mumbai, India office and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
