- This Purchase Order is issued by the Jerusalem Economic Research Institute for the procurement of The Economist publications, digital subscriptions, and economic research services. All materials and access credentials shall be delivered to the designated office in Israel Jerusalem at the address specified above.
- The supplier, The Economist Group, acknowledges that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance. The supplier shall confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of receipt.
- All digital subscriptions and platform access for The Economist shall be activated no later than the Required Delivery Date of July 1, 2025. Printed materials shall be shipped via international courier to Israel Jerusalem with tracking provided to the buyer.
- Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Israeli commercial law.
- The Economist Intelligence Unit reports and data platform access are licensed exclusively for use by the named Economist researchers and analysts stationed in Israel Jerusalem. Redistribution of proprietary data is strictly prohibited.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Israel Jerusalem.
- The supplier warrants that all The Economist content delivered under this Purchase Order shall be free of defects, up to date, and in full compliance with applicable Israeli import and intellectual property regulations.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties. No verbal modifications to the scope, pricing, or delivery terms of this Purchase Order shall be valid.
