All physical copies of The Economist magazine, special reports, and printed materials shall be delivered to the buyer's registered office located in Rome, Italy (Capitale, Regione Lazio). The delivery address is: Istituto Romano di Studi Economici S.r.l., Via del Corso 142, 00186 Roma (RM), Italy. The seller shall ensure that all shipments comply with the customs regulations of the European Union and the specific import requirements of the Italian Republic. Delivery to Italy Rome shall be completed within 15 business days from the date of this Purchase Order acknowledgment. Digital access credentials for The Economist platform shall be provisioned within 5 business days of confirmed payment.
3. Terms and Conditions- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Rome, Italy. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding The Economist products or services shall be resolved in the courts of Roma, Capitale.
- Payment: Payment of the full amount of € 25,839.60 (twenty-five thousand eight hundred thirty-nine euros and sixty cents) shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the seller's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date.
