This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of professional Economist services to be rendered in Russia Saint Petersburg for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 01 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026. The Economist shall perform the following duties and deliverables as part of this engagement:

5.1 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and all applicable regulations pertaining to professional services engagements in Russia Saint Petersburg.
5.2 The Economist shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, financial models, and strategic information accessed during the performance of this Purchase Order. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A.
5.3 All deliverables produced by the Economist under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive intellectual property of NEDC upon full payment of the corresponding invoice.
5.4 The Economist shall comply with all local labor and professional licensing requirements applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg, including registration with the relevant municipal economic oversight body.
5.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Economist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Saint Petersburg International Commercial Arbitration Court (SCC) in Russia Saint Petersburg.
