All physical copies of The Economist shall be delivered to the following address in Seoul, South Korea:

Initial Bulk Shipment: Within 14 business days of Purchase Order acceptance
Shipping shall be arranged under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to Seoul, South Korea. The vendor shall be responsible for all export documentation from the United Kingdom, international freight, customs clearance in South Korea, and final-mile delivery within the Seoul metropolitan area. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees for the Republic of Korea shall be included in the pricing stated above.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Korea and, where applicable, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- Payment shall be made via international wire transfer to the vendor's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid commercial invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-SEOUL-2025-04872).
- The vendor guarantees that all copies of The Economist delivered under this Purchase Order are authentic, undamaged, and in full compliance with South Korean import regulations for printed publications.
- Digital access licenses for The Economist (Economist.com Premium and Archive) shall be activated within five (5) business days of confirmed payment and shall remain valid for the full twelve (12) month term specified herein.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall be liable for all issues of The Economist already delivered and for the pro-rated digital access period.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
- The vendor shall maintain adequate intellectual property and distribution rights to supply The Economist to institutional buyers in South Korea Seoul without restriction.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea.
