2. The Economist materials procured under this order are intended for internal research, analysis, and educational use by the staff of Meridian Analytics & Advisory Group A.S. in Turkey Istanbul. Redistribution, resale, or public display of The Economist content beyond the scope of the institutional license is strictly prohibited.
3. The seller warrants that all copies of The Economist and associated publications are genuine, undamaged, and in full compliance with international publishing standards.
4. In the event of delay in delivery beyond the specified deadline, the buyer reserves the right to withhold the balance payment until full delivery is confirmed at the Turkey Istanbul location.
5. Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or informal communications do not constitute amendments to this document.
