1. 10. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all Economist services and products already rendered or delivered up to the termination date.
11. All personal data collected in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable United States federal data protection regulations.
