- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the designated Editor or the authorized representative of Meridian Editorial Services LLC. Acceptance must be confirmed within five (5) business days of receipt of this document.
- Performance Location: All editorial services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Ministry's facility in Afghanistan Kabul, Darul Aman district. The Editor is required to maintain a minimum on-site presence of five (5) days per week, with remote work permitted only with prior written approval from the Ministry's Director of Publications.
- Quality Standards: The Editor shall adhere to the Ministry's Editorial Style Guide (2024 Edition) and all applicable national publishing regulations of Afghanistan. All documents edited by the Editor must pass a secondary quality review before final publication.
- Confidentiality: The Editor acknowledges that all documents, drafts, and internal communications accessed during the course of this engagement are classified as government property of Afghanistan Kabul. The Editor shall sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and potential legal action under Afghan law.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
