The following Editor workstation package constitutes the full scope of goods and services ordered under this Purchase Order:

The Seller shall deliver the complete Editor workstation package to the Buyer's premises at Level 4, 120 Creek Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, Australia, no later than 30 July 2025. All goods must be shipped in accordance with Australian import regulations, including compliance with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) standards for electronic equipment. The Editor hardware must be configured with Australian power specifications (230V, 50Hz, Type I plug) prior to dispatch. Installation and commissioning of the Editor system shall be completed within five (5) business days of physical delivery to the Australia Brisbane site. The Seller's technical team shall travel to Brisbane, Australia at the Seller's own expense to perform all installation activities.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via bank transfer to the Buyer-designated account. The payment schedule is as follows:

• This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the procurement of the Editor system and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
