The Editor software licenses and all associated deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be delivered and installed no later than 30 July 2025 at the buyer's premises in Belgium Brussels. The seller is responsible for all logistics, network configuration, and initial deployment of the Editor platform across the twenty-five designated workstations. Installation shall be performed during business hours (09:00–17:00 CET) to minimize disruption to ongoing production schedules in Belgium Brussels. Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the seller's designated account in accordance with the following schedule:
