The Editor software licenses, installation media, and all associated documentation shall be delivered to the buyer’s premises at Maximilianstraße 42, 80539 Munich, Germany, no later than 30 June 2025. The on-site installation and configuration of the Editor shall be completed by 07 July 2025. All delivery and installation activities shall take place within the city of Munich, Bavaria, Germany, during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET). The seller is responsible for all shipping, handling, and logistics costs associated with delivering the Editor package to the Munich location.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA-Überweisung) to the seller’s designated account within 30 days of the invoice date, in accordance with standard German commercial practice (B2B).
