The Editor will be responsible for copyediting, proofreading, content structuring, and quality assurance across all materials produced by our Accra-based production team.

This Purchase Order also encompasses the acquisition of industry-standard editing software, ergonomic workstations, and reference materials required to support the Editor in performing duties within our Ghana Accra office facility. All items listed below are subject to the terms, conditions, and delivery specifications outlined in this document.

All hardware items and reference materials listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the premises of Accra Publishing & Media House Ltd., located at 14 Independence Avenue, Ridge District, Accra, Ghana. The vendor is required to coordinate delivery with our facilities management team no later than 28 June 2025. The Editor's onboarding and commencement of editorial services shall take effect on 1 July 2025. All software licenses must be activated and verified on the Editor's workstation prior to the start date. The vendor shall provide a written delivery confirmation and installation report to be filed with this Purchase Order upon completion.

4.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Ghanaian Commercial Code and applicable procurement regulations.

4.2. The Editor engaged under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the editorial standards and style guidelines provided by Accra Publishing & Media House Ltd. All editorial work shall be conducted at our Ghana Accra office or, where approved in writing, remotely with daily progress reports submitted to the Managing Editor.

4.3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Ghana within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by the Bank of Ghana.

4.4. The vendor warrants that all software licenses are genuine, properly authorized, and free from any intellectual property encumbrance. The Editor's services are warranted to be performed with professional competence and in accordance with industry best practices.

4.5. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the provisions of the Ghana Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 798).

4.6. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, line items, and delivery specifications set forth in this Purchase Order. The Editor's engagement, software procurement, and equipment delivery shall proceed in accordance with the timeline established herein.

This Purchase Order (PO-ACC-2025-0047) is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. It is intended for use in Ghana Accra and all transactions are subject to Ghanaian tax and regulatory requirements.
