The Editor software licenses shall be activated and registered under the Buyer's corporate account prior to delivery. • 1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier within five (5) business days of the issue date. The Supplier's acceptance confirms all specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines for the Editor package.
• 2. Payment: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount of USD $209,500.00 shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days of the date of final acceptance of the Editor system in Indonesia Jakarta. Payment shall be made via international wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account.
• 3. Delivery & Risk: Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon physical delivery and unloading at the Buyer's premises in Indonesia Jakarta. The Supplier shall provide tracking and proof of delivery for all Editor components.
• 4. Warranty: All hardware items carry a minimum three-year warranty. The Editor software licenses include priority technical support and all updates for the duration of the subscription term.
