The Editor team engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following in the Philippines Manila region:

Complete developmental and line editing of three (3) corporate volumes totaling approximately 1,200 pages, adhering to the Meridian House Style Guide (4th Edition).
Technical accuracy verification of all quantitative data, charts, and references, with a documented error log submitted to the project manager.
Final proofreading and typesetting compliance review ensuring all files meet the specifications of the designated print vendor in the Philippines Manila area.
Weekly progress reports submitted every Friday to the Meridian procurement office, detailing pages completed, issues flagged, and anticipated milestones.
A final editorial sign-off certificate confirming that all materials have been reviewed by a qualified Editor and are cleared for production.

Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery and acceptance of all editorial deliverables.
Work Location: All on-site editorial work shall be conducted at the Meridian Publishing & Media Group office located in the Philippines Manila metropolitan area, specifically at the Ayala Avenue Center, Makati City. Remote work is permitted for non-confidential tasks with prior written approval.
Confidentiality: The Editor and all associated personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any manuscript materials. All documents remain the exclusive intellectual property of Meridian Publishing & Media Group, Inc.
Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revision are included in the base rate. Additional revision cycles beyond the included rounds shall be billed at PHP 35.00 per page.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Editor shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and applicable labor regulations in the Philippines Manila region.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Editor services described herein are specifically procured for use and execution within the Philippines Manila area, and all contractual obligations are tied to this geographic scope.
