All hardware components listed under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the buyer's premises at 14 Nevsky Prospekt, Building 3, Floor 7, Russia Saint Petersburg, 191025, Russian Federation. The supplier shall coordinate all logistics, customs clearance, and import documentation required for delivery into Russia Saint Petersburg. The estimated delivery window is no later than July 25, 2025. Installation and configuration of the Editor system shall be completed within ten (10) business days of hardware delivery. The supplier's certified technical team shall travel to Russia Saint Petersburg to perform on-site installation, network integration, and data migration from the buyer's existing legacy editing platform.
