• The vendor shall maintain a dedicated support line accessible during South African business hours (08:00–17:00 SAST, Monday to Friday) for the duration of the warranty period.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of a material breach that remains uncured after a further fourteen (14) days' written notice.
• All data processed on the Editor systems shall comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. The vendor shall execute a data processing agreement prior to installation.
• This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
