All amounts are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Payment shall be processed through the Provincial Treasury of Córdoba (Tesorería General de la Provincia de Córdoba) via electronic transfer to the vendor's designated bank account.

  1. Payment Terms: Payment for the services rendered by the Education Administrator and associated personnel shall be made on a monthly basis, within fifteen (15) business days following the submission of a valid invoice (factura) to the Provincial Ministry of Education in Córdoba. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Argentine Central Bank (Banco Central de la República Argentina).
  2. Commencement and Termination: The engagement of the Education Administrator shall commence on 01 September 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months.
