- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with specific reference to the Hessian State Education Act (Hessisches Schulgesetz) applicable in Germany Frankfurt.
- Delivery / Commencement: The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the designated Germany Frankfurt administrative office.
