The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025, aligning with the start of the new academic term in Ghana. The supplier, West African Educational Talent Solutions Ltd., is required to complete all recruitment and onboarding procedures within the Greater Accra Region by 25 August 2025. The Education Administrator's primary office shall be located at the AMEA headquarters on Independence Avenue, Ridge, Accra, with regular fieldwork across the Adentan, Dansoman, Tema, and Kasoa school clusters.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and its amendments, as applicable to all government procurement activities in Accra and the Greater Accra Region.
- The Education Administrator engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Ghana Education Service (GES) certification or equivalent qualification recognized by the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) in Ghana.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at a licensed commercial bank operating in Accra, Ghana. All payments are subject to applicable Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) withholding tax deductions.
- The supplier warrants that the Education Administrator shall not be engaged in any conflicting professional obligations during the contract period and shall comply with all data protection regulations under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Education Administrator shall be afforded a structured transition period of two (2) weeks to ensure continuity of administrative operations across the Accra school network.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). Failing mediation, matters shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Greater Accra Region.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of GHS 500,000.00 for the duration of this Purchase Order, valid within the jurisdiction of Ghana.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The Education Administrator is engaged on a fixed-term basis as specified herein, and no rights of permanent tenure are implied.
