- Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement document under the Israeli Public Procurement Law (5762-2002). The Education Administrator services described herein are subject to the terms set forth in this document and the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Performance Standards: The Education Administrator shall ensure that all administrative functions within the Jerusalem municipal education system operate in full compliance with the regulations of the Israeli Ministry of Education, the Jerusalem Municipality bylaws, and applicable labor laws of the State of Israel.
- Reporting: The Education Administrator shall submit monthly progress reports to the Director of the Jerusalem Municipal Education Authority by the 5th business day of each month. Quarterly strategic reviews shall be conducted with the Jerusalem City Council Education Committee.
