- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Kuwait Ministry of Education and Gulf Educational Talent Solutions LLC for the provision of an Education Administrator to the Central Administration in Kuwait, Kuwait City. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 01 August 2025 at the designated office premises in Kuwait City. Failure to report by this date shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
- Payment for all line items listed in Section 5 shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of the Education Administrator's successful completion of the probationary period, which shall not exceed three (3) months from the start date.
- The Education Administrator is required to work a standard schedule of eight (8) hours per day, Sunday through Thursday, in accordance with Kuwaiti labor regulations applicable to government employees stationed in Kuwait City.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment and onboarding process for the Education Administrator shall be handled in strict compliance with the Kuwaiti Personal Data Protection Law No. 30 of 2016.
- The supplier shall guarantee that the Education Administrator candidate meets all academic, professional, and linguistic qualifications specified in Section 4. Any misrepresentation shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and full refund of all fees paid.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Kuwaiti courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuwait City. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
- This Purchase Order may not be amended, modified, or supplemented except by a written addendum signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- The Education Administrator shall be subject to an annual performance review conducted by the Director of Human Resources in Kuwait City. Unsatisfactory performance may result in reassignment or termination in accordance with Kuwaiti civil service regulations.
- All invoices submitted under this Purchase Order must reference the Purchase Order number KWT-EDU-2025-00472 and shall be submitted to the Accounts Payable Department at the Ministry of Education headquarters in Kuwait City.
