This Purchase Order is issued by Yangon Metropolitan Education Services Co., Ltd. to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Education Administrator to be deployed and operational within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan educational district. The Education Administrator shall be responsible for overseeing academic operations, curriculum coordination, faculty scheduling, student enrollment management, and institutional compliance across all affiliated schools and training centers located in the Yangon region of Myanmar.
The Education Administrator position is a full-time, permanent engagement requiring a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in educational administration within Myanmar or an equivalent Southeast Asian educational framework. The candidate must hold a Master's degree in Education Management, Educational Leadership, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Myanmar Ministry of Education. Proficiency in both Burmese and English is mandatory, as the Education Administrator will be required to prepare bilingual reports, conduct parent-teacher conferences, and liaise with the Yangon City Education Office and the Myanmar National Education Commission.

Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, specifically the Myanmar Companies Law (2017) and the Myanmar Labour Law (2011) as applicable to the Education Administrator engagement.
- The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the primary administrative office located in Sanchaung Township, Myanmar Yangon. A probationary period of three (3) months shall apply, during which either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- Payment for the recruitment and placement fee (Item 01) shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order. Monthly salary payments for the Education Administrator shall be processed on the last working day of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider.
- The Education Administrator shall be required to submit monthly performance reports to the Director of Procurement and the Yangon City Education Office. Failure to meet the key performance indicators outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA) for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order.
- All intellectual property, curriculum materials, student records, and institutional data developed or managed by the Education Administrator during the term of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Yangon Metropolitan Education Services Co., Ltd.
- The service provider shall ensure that the Education Administrator maintains all necessary professional certifications, teaching licenses, and administrative permits required by the Myanmar Ministry of Education and the Yangon Regional Education Authority throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Myanmar Yangon.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of commencement and may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of both parties, subject to satisfactory performance review of the Education Administrator.
The Education Administrator shall report for duty at the Yangon Metropolitan Education Services headquarters, No. 42 Strand Road, Sanchaung Township, Myanmar Yangon, on or before 1 August 2025. The service provider is responsible for all onboarding logistics, including provision of official identification, work permits (if applicable for foreign nationals), and registration with the Yangon Township Administration Office. The Education Administrator shall operate within standard Myanmar working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with a one-hour lunch break, in accordance with Myanmar labour regulations.
