- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Nepal Contract Act 2056 (1999). Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act 2055 (1998).
- The Education Administrator shall commence duties no later than 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order issuance. The service provider, Kathmandu Professional Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is responsible for ensuring the candidate's availability and readiness to assume the role within the stipulated timeframe.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the institution's primary campus located in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- Payment shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. Payment terms: 50% upon successful placement of the Education Administrator, 30% upon completion of the probationary period, and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables.
- The Education Administrator must demonstrate proficiency in both Nepali and English languages, as the institution operates in a bilingual environment serving students from across Nepal and the broader South Asian region.
- The service provider warrants that the Education Administrator candidate shall possess all necessary qualifications, clearances, and professional certifications required for the position. Any misrepresentation of credentials shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and full refund of amounts paid.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issue. If not accepted and signed within this period, the Purchase Order shall automatically lapse and must be reissued.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and the identity and compensation details of the Education Administrator in accordance with Nepal's data protection regulations.
- Any amendments or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
- The service provider shall indemnify the purchasing party against any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the negligence or misconduct of the Education Administrator during the probationary period covered under this Purchase Order.
The successful placement of the Education Administrator shall be deemed complete upon the candidate's first day of active duty at the Kathmandu campus. The purchasing party shall have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of placement to formally accept or reject the candidate. Rejection must be communicated in writing with specific, documented reasons. Failure to communicate within the 14-day window shall constitute automatic acceptance of the Education Administrator under the terms of this Purchase Order.
